My role at Propeller is an exciting one because I get to work with all the amazing people we employ! 

I lead the Talent Acquisition team here across our offices and ensure that we are delivering the best possible candidate experience on our search for new team mates! 

Propeller values authenticity and impact, so my suggestion is always to be yourself and show what impact you want to make. Whether that is on the work you do, or impact you have on your colleagues around you, all that adds up! 

We are a complex and deep product so don't be afraid to be confused. Just be open to asking lots of questions and come in with a beginner's mentality and you'll hit the ground running in no time. 

I come from a recruitment agency background which spanned a decade. In that time I recruited in Engineering, Construction and Architecture, before finding myself in Software recruitment. 

This meant that when I found Propeller, all my previous worlds would collide and I could put my prior knowledge to good use.
