Jan Kruyt

I lead our European GTM team which includes Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. My aim is to ensure Propeller has a thriving and highly engaged team in Europe, booming business, and productive partnerships, to keep us on the path to becoming the market leader in Europe. 

My team consists of ambitious and independent folks with big hearts. My management style is supportive, I have no time to micro-manage. I meet weekly with each of Propeller's GTM team members to make sure they're set up for success and happy in their roles. 

Our culture is open and friendly, with a strong focus on impact. It's refreshing to have no hidden agendas or politics at work. Passionate, talented people who love technology and can handle the changes & setbacks that happen at startups really thrive at Propeller.

My background is aerospace engineering and I researched bird flight performance before going into drone industry. After a few years in drone manufacturing, I'm happy to work at a company whose main business is software.
