What I do at Propeller
I look after Customer Success here at Propeller. We're a diverse team of professionals who look after the support, onboarding, training and enablement of our customers. My aim is to ensure that we're helping customers to gain true value from Propeller. Our team is split into three different groups:
Customer Success
Our Customer Success Engineers are responsible for onboarding and training all new customers. We do this is a variety of ways including through 1:1 interactions as well as digitally led approaches. Once the customers are up and running the team ensures that the customers goals for using Propeller are understood and that we can enable them to achieve these.
Hardware Support
Our Hardware Support Specialists are experts in all things Drones & AeroPoints. They act as the first line of support for our customers. Whether the customer out in the field and need assistances or they are back in the office trying to download data from an AeroPoint.
Site Support
Our Site Support team is leading the charge with DirtMate. They're responsible for helping new customers get set up with DirtMate, troubleshooting any issues and then assisting them to realise value in their purchase.

Who am I?
I come from a Mechatronic Engineering background. I started my career in product management and applications engineering in the mining industry. I shifted over to Customer Success at Propeller as I've always been interested in helping bridge the gap between Engineering Teams & Customers.
