What I do at Propeller

I manage a team of tenured Customer Success Engineers supporting North and South American customers across a varying range of industries.

Why Propeller

I like to meet with the people on my team members once per week to chat about ongoing issues and provide guidance where necessary. My chat is always open for questions of a more pressing nature and I welcome the opportunity to teach and learn about new workflows or discoveries.

It's great when people come to the table with potential solutions or ideas to solve problems while asking for assistance.

Who am I?

I started with Propeller nearly 5 years ago as a Customer Success Engineer before moving into my current manager role. I work closely with my team to solve customer issues while supporting a small list of customers and dealers.

Advice for prospective candidates

My advice is to be genuine. The most successful candidates show up with confidence, curiosity, and humility.
