What I do at Propeller
I am Denver's People & Operations Manager. I work to keep the trains on the track for our Denver office, while also supporting our US, mostly GTM teams, stay engaged, happy, effective, and well-fed (we love food at Propeller!). It's been awesome seeing our team grow, while maintaining our amazing and unique culture.
Who am I?
I have been with Propeller for just over 4 years, beginning as Denver's Office Manager (starting in COVID nonetheless!). I have shifted to a more hybrid role, balancing office management and people ops/ partnering. I am originally from the east coast, and lived in NYC for 9 years before heading out to Colorado!
Advice for prospective candidates
Bring on the energy! This role will be crucial in keeping the team engaged-- so vibe and enthusiasm is important. Show us how you can bring people together, be creative, and manage all of the varying things that comes with being an Office Coordinator!
