I’m the Group Engineering Manager for GIS-Survey.

GIS-Survey is a group of product engineering teams focused on the core workflows our customers rely on every day. We build tools that help them plan, execute, and track progress on their worksites through a web platform that’s designed to be accessible, simple, and easy to use.

What I love about Propeller is the chance to work at the intersection of many disciplines including geospatial technology, physical hardware, 3D visualisation, and web platforms. The problems we tackle every day are intellectually challenging and push us to think creatively, often exploring solutions that haven’t been solved before.

What truly makes Propeller special, though, is the people. Everyone is smart, kind, and genuinely supportive. There’s a strong sense that we all want each other to succeed and to enjoy the journey along the way.

I’ve spent over 10 years as a software engineer building teams and products across a wide range of industries, including retail, utilities, health tech, fintech, and marketplaces. I’ve always enjoyed working where different domains meet and learning how each one brings its own unique challenges.

Before moving into the IT industry, I was deeply fascinated by the technology and innovation used Formula 1 race cars, aircraft and space vehicles. That curiosity led me to study aeronautical engineering, where I was able to grow and nurture a lasting love for solving all kinds of engineering problems.
