Sales is an art, but SDR is a science. Consistent effort, paired with iterative learning will produce outstanding results. Lean in to your inputs and you'll only improve from there. 

Who am I?

Having worked in sales for most of my career, I really believe this is the best department to work in. Everything you learn in sales ultimately applies to life, and the best part is that sales allows you to be in control of your own destiny.

Now managing our team of SDRs, I love to coach to help you achieve your goals. My philosophy is if "You win, then I win." Sales is hard, but I am confident that with maximum effort, you will be blown away at what you can accomplish. 

Advice for prospective candidates

Candor, Curiosity, Life-long learner, and Accountability. If you are honest, curious, and willing to learn & focus on what you can control then you've got the foundations to be an outstanding sales-person.
