- Manage the daily activities of the Renewal Operations team, providing direction, oversight, and hands-on support to ensure consistent and timely renewal execution.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and provide regular coaching and quality control, supporting team members in meeting performance expectations, growing their skills, and resolving roadblocks.
- Manage performance monitoring, addressing and escalating issues or concerns to your manager or the People team as needed.
- Track team metrics, such as on-time renewal rate, retention rate, and forecast accuracy—flagging risks and helping to implement corrective actions.
- Lead onboarding and development for new team members, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Champion team morale and clear communication, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
