Almost finished a robotics degree, which led to me being a drone nerd, which led to Propeller, which led to earthmoving. If you take a step back, my job is actually the stuff of childhood dreams. 

I prefer leaders who manage down rather than manage up. 
I am fine with mistakes if people own them and learn from them, and I make many myself.
