Belinda Carden

I lead and manage a team of QA engineers supporting both manual and automated testing efforts across our GIS and Survey group within Product & Engineering. Working closely with engineering managers, engineers, product managers, and designers, I help drive the delivery of reliable, high-quality software. I’m focused on embedding quality into every stage of development while promoting a collaborative, continuously improving QA culture.

For the last four years at Propeller, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most innovative and clever minds in the industry. The energy, problem-solving spirit, and dedication to quality here make it an exciting place to be. 

I've spent 25 years in software testing and leadership, watching technology evolve at a rapid pace. From manual testing to today’s cutting-edge automation, I’ve seen it all. What’s remained constant is my passion for delivering software that works - software customers can rely on, without unexpected surprises.
Outside of work I enjoy travel, art, architecture, history, reading and being at the beach.
